Hello All, I am humbly requesting your help to support our staff and animals here at THE ARK located in WindBlow Valley, St. Vincent and the Grenadines. My brother and I built the ARK and started rearing our wonderful animals with hopes of welcoming guests to enjoy them as much as we do. Unfortunately, we did not account for such unprecedented events to happen one after another in such a short time span. Events such as the COVID-19 pandemic, the Volcanic eruption, and limitations on travel. These events prevented the visits we were hoping for to sustain the project. THE ARK… was designed and built by my brother and I to showcase a new and innovative way of rearing ruminant animals, particularly Goats and Sheep along with Rabbits. It got its name because of the purpose it served during the La Soufriere’s volcanic eruption in St. Vincent and the Grenadines on April 9, 2021. During the eruption, and for two months after, our animals were housed and fed here and were completely comfortable and safe. It is a testament to the design and ingenuity that it was able to support life during such a cataclysmic eruption and fallout. We are extremely proud of it. We hope that guests, particularly young people, would find value in what they see and learn at the ARK and be insprired to take up farming in some capacity in an effort to sustain their own lives and possibly lives of others. COMMUNITY...During the fallout from the volcano we tried to provide support as much as we could. These are just a few of the ways we were able to assist our people.  We provided shelter and support to farmers affected by the volcanic eruption by housing their sheep and horse stock at WindBlow Valley Ranch.We donated and delivered much needed food and water supplies to abandoned animals in the volcanic Orange and Red Zones.We donated free Mobile Top-Ups to evacuees so they could communicate with their loved ones.It was such a pleasure to lend a hand and offer our support. FUNDING…This funding is to help cover the cost of maintenance, feeding and caring for our animals for a period of one year. We hope that by the end of 2022 the world would be back to a more normal way of life and that we would be able to welcome you and other guests to our lovely farm in person. Although we welcome and appreciate your donations, we want to offer something in return.
